I drink decaf coffee with milk and stevia! I grind coffee beans myself

I gave up honey and artificial flavored creamer in my coffee. I still needed some flavor, I use cinnamon and vanilla for that and do half coconut milk and water for the liquid. Only one cup In morning is all I do. Artificial sweeteners give me migraines even stevia so cannot use.

I brew my own decaf black tea and no sweetener. I do however drink Panera tea too and that’s probably what is spiking my adrenaline… therefore glucose. Time to switch totally to decaf.
