It IS bad business practice, and as with so many other parts of our society, there are nominally laws on the books to deal with this malfeasance and essentially fraudulent mismanagement. Why are there no investigations? Why aren't the shareholders organizing some kind of collective or class action? Is the society now so utterly corrupt , incompetent and apathetic that everyone just shrugs and is otherwise completely terrified of appearing to be politically incorrect and so they're afraid to say anything? Disney richly deserves its fate, and so do all of the other feckless phony woke corporations. I hope every single one of them flies the plane straight into the ground, and that Disney will be the first to crash and burn. They have certainly seen the last red cent they will ever get from me, and that was years ago. Get woke, go broke.

I think it was a very slow Process because Giant Corporation reacting. Products making less, but, higher ESG Score made investments coming in which compensates for a Time. Raises the Share Value for a while and shareholders keep voting for, make ESG Score go up because Finance advisors tell us ESG Score go up = good thing for us. Then, the Profit melts and melts untill other factors cant compensate anymore and Bob cant do what he wants if Shareholders say he has to do X, he has to do X. This basicly makes sure such companys react in slow motion. Then how the Corporations of that size make their Products. Imagine a Conveyor belt that is miles long and you can only put changes at the start of that belt, everything else has to run through it. So, any change you do will take a long time to show up.

Netflix had a great show called "Barbarians" a couple of years ago, it was about the wars between Rome and Germania. It was fantastic, it was my favourite TV show that year by far. However, it was as if the woke shit chests at Netflix saw something successful and said "alright let's get in there with a wrench and Fu&%k the whole thing up." In season two the women became better warriors than the men, they dropped a strong black woman in the mix and made the male leaders gay. I'm not exaggerating at all. They HATE their fans.

They can’t do that. There is to much potential money in the Witcher series in subscriptions and merchandise sales. They should have fired the woke writers and found a way to steer the stories back to the books to appease Cavill and fans. The major issue here is that whenever Disney struggles financially, they cut their loses by canning every project that’s actually good while saving the easy to produce trash that will make them easy money. Shows that have established and loyal fanbases are always the first to go when Disney loses money, but the cheap stuff like reboot movies and non-serialized shows will continue to be pumped out on an assembly line.

Rian Johnson thought it was hilarious to blow Admiral Ackbar out of the ship in TLJ. He had the actor hold up a sign that said “It’s a Wrap!” for a behind the scenes photo after doing that. It’s all a big joke to him.

That's the problem. Brand new and fully woke college graduates are substantially cheaper to employ than anything decent. In a recent interview he doubled down on "the message" ruling his movies. When Chapek came in the door he should've already been making lists of people he'd let go, that supposedly is what he was famous for. Will he give the pinkslips to those that DESERVE to be let go, or will those pinkslips be shoved into the hands of the nobodies? As far as Rian Johnson goes, his is the only Star Wars movie that'll NEVER be in my collection. That written, what I will give him is that he showed us all just how HOLLOW J.J. Abrams' "mystery boxes" are. Pre TLJ people were still saying how Abrams is Spielberg 2.0, post TLJ people are saying what I've been saying for years, which is that Abrams is more like Spielberg 0.75... at best.

Though I was too young to be into critic reviews, I do remember the massive line-ups to watch 'The Empire Strikes Back' and I was living in a secluded mountain town of just 3,800 people. Maybe Johnson is thinking about 'Empire of the Ants'.
