In this video, Dr. Goodin discussed the ankle and foot bony landmarks. He discussed the movements through the stance phase then the swing phase. Then he discussed some problems and some of the other specific bones including the arches, navicular bone, metatarsals, distal malleoli of tibia and fibula etc. and some of there purposes. I liked how he explained the different phases of walking as that has been difficult for me to grasp in previous classes!
