To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It aids in the process. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

I love the fact that riceberry face wash doesn't contain any fragrance. It's mild on the skin and you need just a pea size amount of the cleanser, and it doesn't strip the natural oils from ur skin. I have used Himalaya n ponds facewash...those used to make my skin super duper dry, but this one maintains my skin hydrated.

maybe try the acne control cleanser. i just got it along with the acne control gel and it’s working really well so far! just make sure you get a good non-comedogenic moisturizer and a light sunscreen. i recommend the neutrogena water gel!

You can use either the Cerave sa cleanser or the Cerave blemish cleanser or even the acne control one; depends on your tolerance, the acne control has benzoyl peroxide which some people are sensitive too and the other two are the same (both have salicylic acid and a pha) except the blemish cleanser had 2% salicylic and the sa cleanser has 0.2%/0.5% (uncertainty as Cerave have never disclosed the amount in the sa one). You can also use the Paula’s choice bha or even the Cerave sa smoothing cream but you can’t use all of these products at once as it’s too sensitising, meaning that on the days you use the Paula’s choice or Sa cream you need a different cleanser (highly recommend the Cerave foaming cleanser)

I’m no dermatologist so i can’t recommend anything for the bumps on your forehead (may be fungal acne or texture, tbh idk) but as a gentle exfoliator you could use lactic acid 5% from the ordinary (or 10%) it had really helped me with my hyperpigmentation and texture
