Enjoy listening to you. My Mother lived to be 101 years old and her sister almost 100. They were always making thinks for charity. Knitting, crocheting, embroidery, baking cookies for family members and singing Psalms kept them content and happy. I don't know what I would do if I did not have them for an example. I am now 84 and make scarves and caps for St Joseph Indian School in SD.

Love Dr. Hyman, not crazy about the word 'hacks', prefer 'techniques', but here are the five techniques to slow aging described in the video. Please consider watching the entire video for more detail. 1. Food - food as medicine, eat organic, eat high quality whole foods, don't eat ultra-processed foods 2. Sleep - quiet serene environment, low lighting if any, same time every day, turn off tech 3. Exercise - incorporate all kinds, steady-state aerobics, HIIT, strength training, flexibility, balance 4. Community - sense of purpose, help others, shared vision of health, practice kindness, get connected 5. Mind - find your passion, focus on your joy, do things that make you happy, be nice to yourself

I start my day with two hours of weeding at the crack of dawn. I have a Mockingbird buddy that perches in a tree nearby and sings to me. By the time I go in to make coffee, I’m so full of joy, thankfulness and an overall positive mental state, that I’m energized for the rest of the day. BTW, I’m an Organic produce farmer which has its own set of life-engendering qualities.

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less added sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products. Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues.

Thank you so much. I highly recommend butcher box for real organic grass fed grass protein because most of our meat as you know comes from disgusting evil animal farms and vibration counts as much as health so if somethings been tortured that vibration is inside it and makes it unhealthy just as much as a bad oil just as much as straight up white bread you have to think vibrationally Vegetables have the most abundant color and high vibration and when it comes to an animal that’s been treated well in my humble opinion I believe that’s what cancer is the fear and death vibe that we put into these poor animals during their short lifespan and then we consume them and think that we’re not getting any of that. Well that’s crazy too - we are mind body spirits:)

It’s really sad how in the opening moments of this video, the doctor sheepishly and almost apologetically advocates for animal protein. The ideological narrative is so strong that even a knowledgeable physician feels the need to couch his words in a way that will appease a portion of his listening audience, and at the same time, do a very poor job at highlighting the absolute necessity for animal protein if your goal is to be metabolically healthy.
