Appreciate the work you do but you keep mentioning how you’re making it affordable… I went on your website to enquire about seeing one of the doctors at your clinic and got an email back detailing costs of around 10k … I’m sorry but that is not affordable and accessible to all

I both love this and hate it. Love the concept but hate the fact that they talk so much about giving people the opportunity to take control of their health. The problem is many people can’t afford this type of treatment and insurance generally will not cover. There has to be a way to make this treatment more available to those who want it.

Pranitha : in these times, it does not take much effort to try to gather all canonical texts of Ayurveda, all commentaries, all translations, all studies, all academic works that summarize studies of ethnobotany (hundreds), etc. Any possible issue you have I think is not difficult. Find things mentioned in classical texts, some long forgotten or pretty much never or rarely mentioned, and as they say get to work. E.g. amla/amalaki perhaps 6+ daily (along with classical amount of triphala rasayana), traditional cultivars of yava and gavedukha (job's tears), possibly semi-wild rice (navara, or was it nivara), shastika, perhaps kodo/barnyard millet yet all of those perhaps still in small amounts (with nothing else as grain, e.g. a sage would not say it is possible to make a so called healthy version of roti paratha etc.), plenty of flowers (hummingbird tree, countless others), return to the traditional vegetables, regularly consume some amount of tree bark, wild roots, stem, prefer a return to long pepper (pippali) over black or chili, etc. Classically, pretty much the only cooking method is soup or stew, varying in thickness according to hunger. No other cooked food ; no other recipe. As far as traditional/classical vegetables, the ones I can think of off the top of my head that grow in the US (somewhere) : agastya (sesbania grandiflora), tanduliyaka (amaranthus spinosus), vastuka (chenopodium album), mandukaparni (centella asiatica), vatha (ficus benghalensis), ashvatha (ficus religiousa), black mustard (brassica nigra, or some other species), kakamaci (solanum nigrum, or solanum americanum), some species of sorrel, jute (cochorus), or non-classical such as wild radish (raphinus raphinistrum), ... Such is noted too for longevity (with the other plants I'll leave to you to find) : shatavari.

Watch his videos Longevity and Don't Eat this... I believe he speaks to different cancers and, don't quote me but, he talks about inflammation and sugars. Sugars actually feed cancer cells and of course any and all ailments can be tied back to inflammation. Hope this helps.

It's genetic for me and I've survived twice now. I ate insane amounts of fruits and vegetables and starved myself of processed foods which kept my sugar intake all natural only. I don't allow time spent thinking of cancer or when it will return because I absolutely believe the mind and soul can will our bodies beyond all ailments, until it is actually our natural time to leave this mortal body behind.

@@stevenkasten1149, I would avoid sugars. Too much sugar leads to insulin resistance and visceral fat around the organs. Visceral fat is the first sign of chronic diseases like cancer, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Every bodies body is diff. What if you abused fats for over 40 yrs and now some say butter is great, tallow is great, unprocessed olive oil is great. But we are still over heating it. Smoke point is a culinary term. The oxidized point differes in in oils but it's (? ) 200-245? That It will create platelets that will stick to the ultra smooth artery walls?? 😮 I'm confused bc I want to reset my eating habits starting with fasting then straight meat and add veg bc I have joint issues between toes and foot. Is all these low heat fats and meat going to be easily accumulated in my artery walls an lead to heart issues.. Yes I exercise Yes , no sodas Yes alot of water with diff teas and roots like ginger tumeric mint cuckumber

Yes I went to a doctor an got blood test and still ow them money and kinda homeless. They were wearing masks(9.13.23) They told me they could not advise me on a carnivore diet
