You are so kind on how you phrase "please don't eat this". I love that you don't say "DON'T DO IT" because out of human nature, that's just hard to accept. Especially because people around me don't seem to care or be affected by eating these foods, and I always become so sad I, alone, have to say no. It's very hard. But listening to you I can actually feel myself realize why impulse eating is terrible for me and that I should be more resilient. Thank you so much!

An important note about tap water filters: Most tap water filters do not filter out much or any bacteria, fungi, or other things you want to remove out of the water when you've got gut issues. Tap water filters reduce the minerals in the water, which usually isn't an issue unless they're in very high amounts, though it does make the water taste better. Unless you're paying $300 for a home reverse osmosis filter on your counter top, if you suspect tap water is an issue, buy bottled water.

Some advice for people who successfully heal their gut and want to reintroduce gluten dairy etc into their diet, be careful what kinds of products you use For example: if you go back to the commercially produced mainstream wheat, then you will start to have problems again due to the chemicals they use in production such as glyphosate, pesticides etc, which will harm the gut again and get you back on the cycle of having to heal your gut again. If you notice people who can’t normally eat too much wheat in the US go to Europe and they eat pasta bread etc and they don’t feel the negative side effects they normally do due to the difference in European production. Try to stick to minimally process organic products. Also avoid tap water because it has chlorine in it which is obviously not healthy for the gut microbiome. Edit just saw that he mentioned the tap water in the video at the end, 👍
@shantinaturechild3239 Жыл бұрын
I live in France and even organic grains including oats and quinoa are lethal. You're just even worse off in the USA with the added glyphosate. But there's plenty in Europe too! It's a myth that people are healthy here and can eat junk grains and dairy at will!

Aspartame is just two amino acids fused together by a chemical reaction. Aspartic acid and Phenylalanine. These aminos are found in many healthy foods. You will get these aminos acids in your food no matter if you choose to avoid aspartame or not. Aspartic acid is a nonessential amino acid, meaning that it is made naturally in the body and doesn't need to be consumed in foods. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid to make proteins and other vital molecules such as neurotransmitters and hormones. As a crucial amino-acid, phenylalanine must be acquired through protein in the diet, though it can also be consumed as a dietary supplement.

Good information, but until we the people address the REAL problem underlying all of these food problems, I won't feel too hopeful. Our natural wheat has been hybridized five times since World War Two until the gluten strength is now off the charts, not to mention all of the nutrients have been processed out of it. Meat and poultry are being poisoned with lousy feed and pharmaceuticals like hormones and antibiotics which affect everything including all dairy. Pesticides and GMOs across the board in fruits and vegetables. We people now have to pay triple to try and get something called "organic" Try feeding a family this way. I'm in my mid 70s and sure didn't grow up this way, and never saw any of these gut/food problems in anyone, nor allergies in children. Until the real source of all of this is addressed, these issues will only get worse.

Would the three probiotic stack you reccomend address Histamine Intolerence?

Probiotics reduce histamine, and this should apply for the stack also.

I have crohns, and last night I ate a whole frikkin can of pineapple slices. I spent all day in crippling pain. You're information helps me understand why, and learn what to avoid. I'm gonna double up on all your videos. Thank you. Ps. I bet you have one, but could you do a video more specifically aimed at IBD?
@frankvanfrankenland Жыл бұрын
Lots of fiber in that, killing when crohns. Skip all fibers

@frankvanfrankenland I've recently added fibers (mainly prebiotics) and probiotics back into my diet, and noticed a substantial positive change

What are the blood tests to do for leaky gut, i am gluten, grain, nut and sugar free for nearly 2 years, but still suffer some symptoms of Leakey Gut ?
@kellywebster6428 Жыл бұрын
Food sensitivity tests. Digestive enzymes are good to use with food.
@DrRuscioDC Жыл бұрын
Blood zonulin is the most accurate.

Is the leakage occurring through gap junctions or only through damaged epithelial cells?
@nickbreen3303 Жыл бұрын
My understanding is that food molecules and LPS are too large to get through gap junctions
@DrRuscioDC Жыл бұрын
I believe it can be both, but I am unclear on how much of that is speculation vs what is actually know.

@@DrRuscioDC thanks for the reply, I guess it doesn't really matter clinically, but it will be interesting to see how the research unfolds
