I admit I hated Mike at 1st I was a total hater. But when I understood his training style and principle, I started to love him. And finding out how humble he is and not forcing anyone to do what he does made me love him even more. Keep it up BIG MIKE!!! 💪💪💪

Milion of people know how to workout but teaching is talent...explain how when and why is not easy. When you talking about chest muscle mind connection me watching in bad feeling my chest same second :) 99% of people just pull and push and you can see they dont understand how much energy they spend doing nothing just counting some reps coz someone tell them number...strange Thx for.videos !

Really like your genuine input. I have started watching all of your videos and trying to use some of your tips. I have already noticed some difference on chest training and back of course. I am trying to feel more the movement and connect. I used to press heavy so my shoulders have issues but the way you train chest assists greatly. Thanks for sharing your videos!

Mike I want to Thank You for a new understanding about really what is meant with standard instructions from experienced and not so experienced about feeling and tensing in your workout. I see now that there’s a balance and fluid motion I have not possessed in the movement so you get full range of motion and mind muscle is primarily focused on TUT in that muscle or group with hard squeeze at top of rep. You speak of the movement and weight distribution like lay work standing or seated which I have never gotten before Thanks again I’m finally putting things that I have not been able to do on my own, Signed hard learner

I just ended up doing flys the way you do without knowing. At first I tried doing the almost straight arms thing and couldn't feel my pecs at all despite using next to no weight. Stress was on my shoulder joints. Then I just forgot about the mirror and let my pecs do what feels great on them.

@analogcrunch47162 жыл бұрын
Mike do you provide general rep range recommendations? I thought i heard you advised like an 8-12 reps?
@MikeVanWyck2 жыл бұрын
To be quite honest I depends on the exercise and the way the weight is moving. For me to recommend a rep range to ppl it’s utter bs. I don’t know how your moving therefore I don’t know or care about how many reps u can get. Once form is on point then we focus on reps.
@joshuaalexander19162 жыл бұрын
Dang bro! Today, I noticed my shoulders were sore doing military press. You recommend doing laterals or pull overs first to prime shoulders? When are you going to do some love handle training videos. I need help. 😆
