Thanks for the feedback, the documentary took one year to complete, after several versions, including one version done by professional company. We redo the entire documentary even though it was good but not as good as the final product. We want the message to be simple, authentic and accessible to all, the message is anyone can learn tai chi, give it a try! Anyone who read this, if you think this message is useful, please share the documentary around!

Tai Chi has helped build my strength, balance and confidence over the many years I have been practicing. It has helped me continue to function in my life despite the joint issues I have had since my twenties. Thank you Paul for all of your hard work. I’ve been so fortunate to have you as my teacher!

I always feel calmer after practicing your Tai-chi, even doing the warm-ups alone is helpful! This video gave me some glimpses into your history that I have not previously seen. Thank you, Dr. Lam and the whole TCH community.

Thank you, Dr. Lam, for this very inspirational and informative video. I understand that your Tai Chi arthritis program will benefit those suffering from arthritis. But does it also serve as a preventive measure for those not yet stricken, but who may expect to be because of family histories of arthritis? Also is Tai chi effective for pelvic floor issues such as inhibited circulation caused by incessant coughing due to pneumonia and other pelvic issues?

Mark: there are over one hundred type of arthritis, while I believe Tai Chi for Arthritis can prevent many types of arthritis, there is no proven studies yet. The other question should be best answered by your health professional, it is too varying for a straight forward answer. Though Tai Chi for Arthritis will strengthening the Deep Stabilizer muscles which include the pelvic floor muscles.
