What did you do with the wine soup mixture? Is it good enough to drink as soup?

I will reuse it for chicken wings or chicken feet for twice... it might be a little too intensive to drink...

If the taste and aroma is not as good as before, add in extra ingredients and readjust the brine / wine soup mixture.

What is the pickle sauce? Where to buy and how much do I need to add? It’s not on the ingredient list. Can you also show me picturing of the rice wine bottle and the haodai wine bottle so I can buy the right thing? Thanks

Unfortuantely, in Korea, the Shaoxing wine is crazy expensive... nearly 40-50 usd for a bottle. So I always end up using Japanese Sake instead lol.

wow! unbelievably expensive! you can try to find "糟卤" in Chinese supermarket and mix it with JP sake, may turn out to be good taste as well :)

Maybe just double check if it's for cooking purpose plz.In China,there are various types of Shaoxing wine,the alcohol beverage one could be expensive but the cooking one should be affordable price :)

@@surixu6466 Well it was expensive, cause it wasn't massively imported. Recently I'm able to find it in the super market for about 5 USD a bottle. Yay
