Hi , i have seen ur fat loss series and protein series, i am a beginner and ready to start , i have understood everything, can u please make a video of doing what type of exercises in gym , i haven't been to gym next month i will be joining gym , need to know exercise for weight loss and different types of set how much to do in one set and how many sets of exercises one will do, daily targeting different muscles exercise etc thanks alot

Good advice im eating dry fruts n nuts daily but only little quantities. 3 cachew, 3 almond, 1 walnut, 10 peanuts, 5 piece pista, etc.

30gm of almonds a day is fine right? 14-15gm monounsaturated fats, 165cal good amount of magnesium and what not I normal grind them to powder and have it with milk.

It's the same thing. The actual measurement we use is Kcal, food energy values are all calculated in kcal. But casually in normal speech we call it calories.
