U will get that My routine - Afternoon - 1 roti + sabji + soybean + curd + salad Pre wokout - 1 scoop whey Then , workout - strength training Postworkout- 6 eggs with 2 yolks Night- overnight oatmeal ( fruits and whey protein in them ) Late night - 1 scoop whey with little milk But i measured everything on weighing scale.. so i get accuracy and know full things

I have lost 5kg in 35 days by following your steps in fat loss series and will continue to do till I reach 65. I really want to thank you. ❤ My go to food are millets, for example 40gms proso millet which is approximately 140cal is far better than 200 grams white rice which is more than 200 cal and doesn't fill that much also. And also I can add moong dal veggies in the millets to make it tasty.

I came all the way down from 113 KG to 92 KG. The journey is still going on. I started in November 2023. All I followed was your fatloss series. Maintaining the excel sheet, weighing everyday and taking greatest possible data and then making adjustments, my graph is in a continous dip. I enjoy all tasty foods and dont miss events or memories. I prefer vegetables specially cabbage and tomato. At dinner chicken brest with tomato salad is a very good option . capsicum is a very good source of fiber and green beans are good source of fiber and protein.

Carbonated/fizzy pop will strip the calcium away from the bones. Which leads to osteoporosis & bone issues. Keep away from these if you can. Juices with added sugars & sweeteners keep away from these too.

Sir i don't know me kitni calories cansum karti hu abhi because me abhi sirf ghar ka khana khati hu and mujhe phle calories ke baare me nhi pata tha. my weight is 80 kg but loss karna chati hu to kya mujhe phle mantaince calories pe khana hoga ya me direct calories deficit start kar skti hu.
