I guess the carbon fiber should be exposed in all parts of the bike, just a glossy finish with some clear coat. This the orange with the black/gray. OMG. this is coming out pretty awesome.

Does it get sanded to remove all the blemishes/imperfections? Or will the gloss flatten that all out?

gloss will fill it out, sand any raised areas if need be but on this there aren't any

that's come out really well...i commented on about my escapades with CF on one of your other videos...have to say that using 120gm seems to make it less likely move under the brush looking at your fairing. is there a ridge where you overlapped two pieces? have you thought of making any of your brackets out of CF?

There is a ridge yeah just to make the seam smoother than trying to cut with scissors
