I took my Patton out on the 4th for a 40+ mile ride back to the old neighborhood where I grew up. The 40+ mile ride was my longest yet. The 4th of July made 3weeks of me riding EUC, and I learned on the Patton.

How long did it take you to learn to ride the Patton? Thanks I'm 47 years old and I want a euc coming from a one wheel pint rider

@@Mario-zn9sw Took me 3 days, 15 minutes each session. Each day I was better than when I left off. My brother is older than you, its taking him much longer... but it doesn't matter. Just stick with it until it clicks, and you'll drop all your other hobbies. Also - I couldn't ride the Pint to save my life. I found the EUC much easier to learn. That side-to-side wobble took me by surprise; a skateboard doesn't do that. Felt like a 2X4 on a basketball. But now that I can ride EUC I can ride a Pint just fine for some reason.

@@Sulla-j2e Hi, I weigh about 200lbs, and with the gear and the tools that I carry 220+lbs (100Kg). I had only been riding EUC for 3 weeks at the time, so I am sure I was not traveling near top speed.

Your opinion on the tire helped me to choose between knobby vs street . Almost no one reviewed the street tire on the patton. thank you for doing that!! love your vids!

Especially with Patton having the OEM toe pad, my casual riding style will never need acceleration pads, but I can see using the braking pads a frequently. On tire: I didn't know what to expect but ewheels sent a picture the other day. I imagine the Pilot comparison was intentional after seeing the tread pattern. Fully agree with backyard fireworks as a dog lover, they feel under attack the whole time.

Totally agree with your dog about fireworks especially when you know how they use it now in France as weapon 😅. Happy you like the Patton. Same feeling here about that wheel. Just the range could be a little higher for my use case. Enjoy your next test.

Totally agree with you on inconvenient charge port locations. I got an S22 pro about 2 months ago, and It still takes me a little bit of fiddling around before I’m actually able to plug the damn thing in.

Yeah... that charge port location DOES leave a little bit to be desired. Frankly, I have to make sure I have good lighting and even pull out my cheaters... otherwise I feel like I'm trying to plug it in blind.

Coming from a INMOTION V10 which is a pretty light wheel would riding a heavy wheel like the Sherman be hard to get used to? Worried that the heavy wheel is hard to maneuver around. I do all street riding and mostly 15- 25 mph speeds

Thanks for doing a range test! 50 miles of range sounds good to me, if I need more I have my OG Sherman. Now I think the patton will be my next wheel vs the sherman s... or maybe both lol. 58 pound shock might be the one to go with (I'm around your weight) so I really appreciate that information 👍
