125g Unsalted Butter
125g Ripe Bananas
90g Caster Sugar
35g Soft Light Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
140g Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
Rounded ¼ tsp Bicarb
1.5 tbsp Whole Milk
FILLING
75g Double Cream
25g Dulce de Leche
BUTTERCREAM
375g Soft Butter
300g Dulce de Leche
½ tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
