I have been working out with weights for years. Stopped due to an injury and Covid. I had lost so much weight it was unhealthy. I’m finally getting back into the swing of things. I’ve tried other workouts but only recently have I finally been able to gain some muscle back since joining you here. Thank you for allowing us to join! I can tell you love what you do, it rubs off on those of us on the other end.

Those face pulls (and their cousin that came up later in the workout) were brutal! Love the 40 lb Heineken keg used for the landlines as well. Hope there are ‘500 days of summer’ for these motivating workouts!!!!

I’m glad it’s useful but it’s only for workouts like this where there’s potential for weight switches. I’ve talked about this a few times but I consider it extremely harmful and detrimental to post weight info. No one should copy or even take the weights I use in a filmed workout into consideration - I only say this for your benefit & with your results in mind 💕

I know I have gotten stronger because now I can do renegade rows for 40secs and still have gas in the tank. Also my knees are almost touching my elbows when I do the plank knee ins. Much respect and thank you Vera. 💯💯

Hi Vera! Always very good! A little hint: could you insert an audible warning, during the cooldown, to warn of the change of position? It is difficult to look at the screen and at the same time stand with my head down ... thankyou very much!!!

So glad you enjoyed it! I’m sorry, that’s going to be a bit difficult to do logistically since the exercises aren’t timed and would require a lot of beeps which I think would be quite distracting. I recommend holding each for a hold of 15-20 🥰

That is Day 43 & 44 completed in one hit. For this workout had to drop dumbbell weight to 5kg each for the Bent Over Wide Row as the 8's felt a little too heavy. Loved the core exercises in this one to, can still feel my abs now. They feel really tight, so must be doing a little right, just need to get rid of the belly fat 😀🤣

@@VeraLaRo I know I have to but I feel so fat if I stop exercising and I have read if your not pushing yourself too much you can exercise everyday I feel so much better when I exercise. But deep down I know o need to take rest, I do listen to my body so if it wants to exercise I will but if not I won't..thank you so so much for your support Vera I am loving the strong summer challenge ..
