Good strength and range of motion/ control. I have been lifting for 40+ years at age of 61, and press 40kg dumbbells for 12 reps,at a body weight of 232lbs. So I can appreciate your level of intensity. Have a great 2025 and stay strong and injury free. Phil S.Wales.
