@@tidus1ph nah, he himself is the better chef so I don't think it would be more probable that he would look up to either one more than the other. Because of this he will be more accurate and unbiased in his judgements.

adobong puti(white adobo) or adobong dilaw(yellow adobo) is existing 😅 mostly in province mom always cook it with a lot of garlic or coconut milk taste good though. if you go to different places here in Philippines you can taste different adobo cousin.

MC Canada and Oz are the best. The audition dishes for CA and Oz are often on par with the finale dishes in MC US.
