I enjoyed the video, never watched a video from this channel before. I really like seeing the hands and having missed things being commentated over. (If 3 cards were revealed and only 2 were announced in game) The game was also a good and seeing the final turn of this game was very impressive! Great video :)

I thought someone had a force of will in hand that could have countered the animate dead or did i miss something? Super interested if the bans is going to slow cedh by a turn or 2. I have a few decks that can threaten wins on turn 5-7 and the bans make me a but interested in seeing if i can come to the party. Love the use of the mana crypt sol ring in the editing 😂.

Baal had fluster and swan song that he thought of using on the enlightened tutor, but he thought Josh was mostly going to try to reanimate a creature from his side to recoup, and not going to cast Orim's Chant, so be could still counter what he would get with it

Lol all he had to do in the end was channel that touch the spirit realm on his thassa's oracle. Its a flicker on the next upkeep he wins when it comes back.

@@xelendar We actually did a short on it few weeks ago, but there is a combo where you give the activated ability from those two cards to Valley Floodcaller. You can create infinite mana with a mana-positive rock (or infinite colored mana after filtering it).

My plan was to reanimate Hoarding Broodlord to tutor Homeward Path. Then on my turn i would sac the dragon, activate Homeward Path, get back Kona tapped and play something like Thorn Mamoth to control the table with Temur Sabertooth. I wasn't expecting Baal to feed Josh's Rhystic so much just to kill Selvala.

Technically, if the owner of Orcish Bowmaster is dead, Bowmaster gets exiled, so he would have had to reanimate Thoracle to win on the next upkeep. Didnt change the outcome here but just a technicality
