Tips for Cooking and peeling Quail Eggs

Hopefully these tips will save you some time when working with a large amount of quail eggs.
For every 3 parts of water, you need 1 part of vinegar.
Remember, this vinegar solution is meant to help with the peeling process of the eggs. It's important not to soak the eggs for too long, as prolonged exposure to vinegar can start to affect the taste and texture of the eggs.

Fried some tofu, fried that small fish (no clue what its called in english), friad micro shrimp. Lightly fried those quail eggs. Cuts 3 cloves of scallions, 2 cloves of garlic. Two pinch of salt, light touch of ppr, add half big tomato, chopped. Then add fresh chili paste (in paste forms or rough micro cut). Eat with rice.
