Epic pinball physics. You know, as I watch this, it's like the ball literally passes through the paddles if it's going too fast. Know what I mean? :P It's like it has a render speed that is so low, that technically if the ball is going too fast, it will pass straight through your paddles, but even when it's bouncing off stuff, it's like it's obviously not rendering fast enough.

Hey DX! I found on how to jump correctly (to get around the terrible jump control) on the NES version, TAP the jump button (not hold, or it will prevent you from moving left or right) then hold left/right on the d-pad. The AVGN talk about this.

As a matter of fact, It should have been illegal to charge $200.00 for this when it was new, the usual price for a new game today is usually $59.99, I'm not really sure about back in 1993 when this game was made though. The only time I can think of a game being that expensive is if it's old and copies of it are hard to find, such as Snatcher on the Sega CD, which is actually a really great game.

To be perfectly honest, I've played my fair share of bad games before. Like, I've played ET, Superman 64, and even Bubsy 3D. But in my personal opinion, I find Action 52 to be even worse than Bubsy 3D. Because at least Bubsy 3D was somewhat playable if you had the patience for it and it didn't charge $200 when it first came out. Action 52 on the other hand as a whole is an abomination. Don't get me wrong though, Bubsy 3D is still up there as one of the worst games ever.
