2.5/5 difficulty i was intimidated at first but i felt so good by the end! the routine wasn’t as difficult as i expected and i was familiar with all the poses already. i’m definitely coming back to this! my only comment is i wanted more of a cool down (stretching/savasana) but since this is a quick video i totally understand. i used the 15 mins stretch for stress/anxiety video on your channel instead :)

Such a great class! I live in Buenos Aires and practice on my rooftop. Today's practice came after a long weekend of eating, drinking and relaxing at the ocean.
