+Dio Pinzon It can be a great way to 'trick' yourself into doing a workout and getting the body moving. When I don't' feel like working out, I'll start with this and it wakes my body up.

It says: "This dynamic stretching routine, led by Chris Bailey, DPT, can be used by coaches as part of an injury prevention program (!) as well as a warm-up & team building exercise." You're suggestion is more advanced.
