How about troubleshooting some problems? Like belt replacement, motor replacement, testing to diagnose brush issues. That's the biggest issue from what I see.

I HAVE had the Dyson DC 33 for several months. Its a good product, but I have never had the detachable handle stay on for very long before it separates from the unit and comes off again. It is the gray horizontal line button that pushes into the vacuum post, which has a recessed groove to hold it in place. I can always get it to snap in place, but when pushing the vacuum back and forth to clean, the handle/ wand pops right off the post again in 30 seconds. Cant vaccum if the handle keeps coming off,,,its like trying to drive a car with the steering wheel falling off every 30 seconds. What can I do?

I have had my Dyson serviced and washable original filter replaced with a Hepa filter. Is this the correct filter and can I was it as before. There is no sponge its the prefilter. Post filter also replaced and this has a sponge . Please advise if this is all correct

Is there supposed to be a spacing between the bottom of the canister and vacuum? I left my Dyson in my rental house, and have recently gotten them out.
