안녕하세요, 올블랑 마크입니다! 오늘 스트레칭 루틴은 초보자 분들도 쉽게 따라할 수 있는! 하지만 15분 하고 나면 잔땀이 나오는 동작들로 구성했습니다. 하루를 시작하기 전에, 혹은 하루를 마무리 하면서 15분 전신 스트레칭 루틴 진행해보시면 좋을 것 같아요. 스트레칭은 운동 부상을 예방할 수 있고 잘못된 자세를 교정하는 첫 걸음이니까 꼭! 빼먹지 말고 해주세요:) Hello, this is Mark. Today's stretch routine is for beginners but you would begin to sweat after doing this for 15 minute. It is good way to start or end your day! Stretch is so important to prevent future injury and to correct poor posture, so don't miss out :)

I felt like I was hypnotised. I did yoga with my flatmates for years but since I moved to town its always too noisy so I unable to do any relaxing activity with the sun. But it was so peaceful and not lonely doing it with your video. Also I recommend everyone this it even makes your skin and state of mind healthy. Edit : search surya namaskar if your body is too stiff to do this, even doing it 3 times a day and eating healthy can make you healthy.

Hi. I normally don't comment on KZbin videos, but I need to say this was not only relaxing, but pleasurable. I am not a great athlete. I am currently 27, and when I was, 15 I used to play basketball and did several stretching exercises before and after training. They were mostly targeted at avoiding injury. At some point in my life, I stopped exercising regularly. I am now trying to exercise more frequently. During this stretching session, I could feel my body was really tense, especially because I think I have lost elasticity from a long period of not doing exercise, but at the same time, I felt my muscles stretching and it was a very relieving sensation. I want to thank you for making this video and I am glad I found your channel. I also want to say that the aesthetics of this video plus the music were really harmonious. I didn't even feel the time pass and honestly I felt it was too short: I wanted more. I am looking forward to doing these stretching exercises daily and I will also check on your other videos. Congratulations on this video!

Would it be possible to make the same video with the same background soothing music but just reduce the sound of the countdown bell Bcuz the music is soooo relaxing the bell sounds hurts the ears and sort of interrupts meditating while doing these stretches.

Just started watching your vids, great exercises that helps with my flexibility etc, however as a beginner I couldn’t manage the straddle, is there anything I can do to improve on that particular stretch?

Very good stretching exercises, if you can't go all the way which could be the case for some beginners just go as far as you can, but do NOT go being the pain mark when you are STARTING! After a few weeks you should get better at it. Go slowly, help your body by giving it a transition period to adapt to these very good stretching exercises. Thanks for yr video ! Aloha

5번 자세 손 들다가 균형 잃고 꽈당 한 번 해 주고 10번 자세 하자마자 으아아악 소리 저절로 나오고..ㅋㅋ 12번은 다리 좀 더 올려볼까?? 하다가 땅에 다리 닿고서는 뒷목에서 우두독 소리가 났는데 스트레칭의 중요성을 알았어요.. 저번에 마크님이 올려주신 허리(?) 영상 따라할때 배만 닿고 상체, 하체 올리자마자 덜덜덜덜덜덜 진짜 내 몸이 내 몸 아닌것처럼 탈탈 털리듯 떨렸는데 맨날 책상에 앉아만 있으니까 허리가 그대로 굳어가더라구요.. 매일매일 스트레칭 하면서 공부와 건강 모두 챙겨야겠어요 좋은 영상 감사합니다!

Hey ofc this is for beginners... for Intermediate level you do it using 2 chairs aka The Epic Split, and for the Advanced level you use 2 Volvo trucks.
