Hi….Can we use garlic instead of lemon with this same recipe?? Because lemon gives me heartburn (acidity) . 😊

This recipe already has garlic, even if we avoid using lemon in this, you might need something else to add sour taste like vinegar which is again acidic. I too have severe acid reflux + gastritis, for some reason this pickle doesn't cause much harm compared to other recipes using lemon like lime juice etc. May be since it's cooked for a long time. Also garlic is also not good for acid reflux/heartburn
