So if I used it for spray foam how would I get the material out of the 55gal drums?

You can pressure feed with your drum pumps by removing the hoppers and plumbing straight into the intake valves of the lowers. You'd be better off using a Reactor for spray foam, thought. You'd need a Fusion gun regardless.
