So funny Link has turned into a planner. I am so the opposite there is nothing better than a weekend or vacation with no plans. I hate having things to do, i work 40+ hours every week and dont have the social battery to do much of anything else except go to live music at least once a month. About the only time i leave the house other than to go to work.
@ErikCPianoman10 ай бұрын
I'm with Rhett here. Idk how someone who volunteers to drive somewhere far away that they've never driven before, doesn't check how far away it is or the route at all. I have a friend who's notoriously bad at planning things and this must be how he thinks. 😅. Also I'm getting the sense from all these podcasts that Link is an aggressive badish driver (almost hitting that ped, admitting to being a dirty lane cutter during a zipper merge, scaring their mutual friend to death when they went off roading, etc).

Rhett, I completely get it. That deep desire to talk about life, the universe and everything. I'm lucky to have a friend who will dive deep into these discussions with me, write poetry about it, share music, write music, and just wonder about the universe. I'm sharing this album with her. She will love it. I'll suggest some songs by Avi Kaplan and Eliza Gilkinson if you are looking for some more really good stuff. Forget the whiskey and cigars club and also the underage philosophers.....sounds pretty boring😂 😂

I'm down for Rhett's philosophy club, though I'm no way near underaged. I do always enjoy the way he thinks about things. In fact, I've had a dream twice where Rhett and I seem to be talking for hours, no cigars, whiskey or golf anywhere in sight. I never remember what was discussed, but it has always seemed so engaging. He definitely has "Thoughtful Guy" energy. The topics Rhett leans into are not necessarily my preferred cups of tea, but listening about them is always enjoyable and I'm sure discussing them would be insightful as well.

Mythbusters did a test about changing lanes in LA traffic and if you really get places that much faster... Turns out, frequent lane changing trying to get ahead of others on the freeway actually gets you to your destination at the same time or later than someone who stayed in 1 lane the whole time (this is assuming there isnt an accident or any construction holding up traffic, and that its due to regular congestion). Not to mention its just dangerous to be the dude cutting people off all the time, esp for motorcyclists that we already tend to sorta forget about looking out for often enough as it is
@caitlinw835110 ай бұрын

The vent stink is usually when you have your air on recirculate and when you have the AC on at the same time. It can happen in any car. Maybe tesla has it automatically set to recirculate/recycle cabin air? If you can turn that off, you should to prevent the stink from happening or getting worse. To get rid of it you'll have to clean your vents. Maybe there is a product that you can force through with the air current, otherwise you'll have to physically clean them.
