Early Fall Bass Fishing With YUM Dingers - Texas Rig on a Baitcaster

During early fall, bass fishing with Yum Dingers can still catch you some bass. Today I am fishing a Texas Rig on a baitcaster, from the bank. I considered taking the boat out today, but it was raining. I watched some other people bring their boat in because of the rain. Once I start fishing, I actually get a bite on the first cast, but the bass comes off the hook. While recording the intro, I land the first largemouth bass of the day. I get a couple more bites, but don't hook anything. Just before the heavy rain comes, I catch one more bass on the other side of the lake. In early fall, bass fishing with a Texas Rig Yum Dinger can still be rewarding. #fishing #bass

Persimmons are delicious! They fall on the ground here in October and ferment. Then, deer and raccoons come along and eat them. Funniest thing I ever saw in the weeds was a deer AND a raccoon drunk from eating fermented persimmons staggering around

🌧️ for the past two weeks off and on we've been hitting hard with hard rain, if it's not the hard rain we're getting we're getting 113° weather. So it's been like two impossible to do any fishing right now. Anyway great video great fish catching and pretty much enjoyed it all.

At least on that sporting pond, it makes a little more sense to fish open banks, simply because it is so much smaller than the massive water of the other parks you go to where. Those parks have only 0.5% fishable banks and the rest of the water is boat only accessible. I have a little more patience for the lot today. Despite the boats and the rain, still managed to catch a couple good ones. Thanks for the video.

Yep, its a small lake and not everyone avoids the high pressure bank spot while out in a boat.

I see you still use the zebco omniflex line. That's the line I have all my rod and reel setup on. If you could only have one certain line weight, what would it be? I think my line weight would be 12 lb. I caught a 7 1/2lb. bass using it, and it did great. I remember seeing your video on the fishing line you use, but it was quite a while back.
