Pin Point accuracy, Precision note displacement, great tone along with astute discipline and an extraordinary level of musicianship that raises the bar each and every recording they've been apart of whether it's with EWF or any other artist they've recorded and performed with.So to Michael Harris , Donald Myrick, Rhamlee Davis, Louis Satterfield ( who also was a very good bass player to) Harry Kim ( who joined the quartet in the early 90's) and of course Mr. Andrew Woolfolk on Alto Horn..... What I have always heard is that the record company thought is was a disco album, and in 1980 disco was considered dead. It would have been if they'd actually listened to it! They said something about CBS not happy about them doing their thing with this album "Faces" and then later pressured them to make a hit record or a hit song which led to Raise! album and their catchy yet less ambitious hit song "Let's Groove" in 1981. First time their song sound a bit out of the "elements" Let's Groove did sounded great but I can't help but feel that it's bit too forced and manufactured.

Barebare kun it’s funny you say this... I’m 38, been listing to EWF sense around 91... Heard mostly all there albums but not this one... Bought the vinyl copy last year (Long played it over and over) and been scratching my head at why some of these songs worn’t/aren’t consider hits... Many has been saying Disco backlash... but the album doesn’t have a Disco vibe...

Another awesome characteristic and quality they have that is unexplanable is not ONE song sounds like another. That's crazy.

Throw back to my cover band days with Transnational Funk@You Tube. .The Crumar string keyboard the Moog Prodigy and Fender Rhodes Stage electric piano are the keyboards I use to play this track. .The string line interwoven with the horn lines ... great memories
