How to make an easy Croissant at home. With crispy and flaky texture on the outside but soft and buttery on the inside. Prepare at night and bake in the morning.
Here's what you'll need:
4 cups bread flour (500g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 and ½ cup milk (350ml)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
Softened butter (about 1 cup)
Eggwash :1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp milk

Who doesn't like croissants? The usual way is to use ONLY hard butter, roll and fold. Then chill for an hour and repeat over and over. I knew someone would figure out a quicker method. Great TIP for easier Croissants. Liked, subbed and saved!

The FIRST time I made bread was on Saturday with your "Soft and Fluffy Condensed Milk Bread" recipe - I made it the same day I saw the video. I struggled, and never got the bread to perfectly "smooth and elastic" (do you have any suggestions for beggingers?) However, the bread turned out delicious!! ❤️ The texture of the bread was exactly what I wanted 👏👏🥳❤️ I am very interested in an unedited bread video, just to watch the kneading and change in the bread in real time. And, I just want to send you a thank you for sharing your recipe - I absolutely love it and appreciate you for teaching me to make bread! ❤️❤️❤️

this definitely looks like less hassle than the tradition method. I saw Julia Child make croissants. that was a lot of folding, rolling, and butter. so much butter. LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥐🥐🧈🧈😋
