Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

Just found you after waking up in the middle of night with anxiety, this really helped to relax both mind and body. Very enjoyable, you have a lovely soft voice also, which I feel is so important. Easy slow motion. Looking forward to discovering more of your sessions. Thank you.

This was an excellent yoga practice for winding down at night. It was equally relaxing and refreshing, and the poses included really helped release the tension that accumulates throughout the day, especially a day of sitting at a desk or driving. I think it was accessible for all levels and it was totally doable without any props. The fact that it stayed low to the ground helped me feel grounded and supported, and I really needed to hear that reminder at the end about staying present

Just completed this bed time yoga practice. It was very relaxing and mellow. My muscles and joints feel great after completing this yoga class - and it always helps me prepare for a peaceful night's rest.

I was doing this video last night and for some reason everytime I stretch my back a lot my lower back becomes sore. I was wondering if you might know why? I love your channels videos! I do them 2-3 times a week. You guys really do a great job!

This feels so good! I want to incorporate some bodyweight workouts, not that heavy just to gain different strength. Does anyone know if there is a "better" moment to do that? Like before yoga but how much before? I was thinking about those as just one more thing that strengthens the body for meditation.
