Healthy & Delicious Smoothie Recipe 🍌🥤 | Perfect Breakfast Alternative!
Hello! Welcome back to Digital Cookhouse. Today, we have a special treat for you - a healthy and delicious smoothie that you can whip up in just a few minutes! This smoothie is a fantastic alternative to a traditional breakfast meal.
Ingredients:
* 1 Banana 🍌 (sliced)
* 2 Dates 🌰 (seeds removed)
* 5-6 Pistachios
* 1 Walnut
* 5-6 Almonds
* 100 grams of Apple 🍎
* 2 teaspoons of Oats 🥄
* 1 cup Soy Milk 🥛 (or any other milk of your choice)
Optional:
* Ice Cubes 🧊 (for a cold smoothie)
* Garnish: Almonds and Pistachios
Quick Tip: Save time with a dry fruit mixture powder! Blend 100 grams each of almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and lotus seeds, and store in an airtight container. Use a full cup of this mixture with fruits, dates, oats, and milk for a quick and easy smoothie.
Steps:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
* Take a mixer grinder jar.
* Add one sliced banana 🍌.
* Add two dates 🌰 with seeds removed.
* Add 5-6 pistachios.
* Add one walnut.
* Add 5-6 almonds.
* Add 100 grams of apple 🍎.
* Add two teaspoons of oats 🥄.
2. Blend Dry Fruits (Optional):
* For an easy time-saving trick, use a dry fruit mixture. Blend 100 grams each of almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and lotus seeds, and store in an airtight container.
