Yeah,I was debating even including drivers, but since I've been trying to think about what I'd want to know if I were learning blender, I decided to include them. :)

I'm not sure if it's an error or not, but is the floppy crest supposed to create a dependency cycle, as Blender keeps telling me it's detecting one between the two bones.

Hmm... Interesting. Well there's not supposed to be a dependency cycle there. Maybe check the driver for the damped track. The driver bone itself should be parented to the head, not the crest. That might cause the cycle. Hope that helps!
