Welcome. Hi, there are many reasons, mainly two reasons are 1) Solenoid in the water valve is damaged. Thus, not able to pull back the mechanism inside 2) It can also be the spring mechanism inside is damage.

Good day! From my understanding. I believe it will not affect your wash. As the machine have a pressure level sensor, it usually only start cycle when the water level in the tub has reached. It will top up water again once it is lower than the level.

Not sure if it would be the same fix. Before, when there's no water coming in from the inlet valve I can hear sound when it should taking in water. Replacement solves it. I got the same issue again but now, I don't hear a sound. What do I need to check first? I already tried removing-putting back in but same issue.

Hi, first maybe you can check whether your water supply have any issues. Second, i will use a multimeter to check whether there are 240V sending to the solenoid valve. Because i hear before that there are chances the board could be the issue instead of the valve

Hi, is your machine still under manufacturer warranty? it is best not to self repair as it might void your warranty. I did it as mine passes the warranty period. You could try the following steps: 1) Try removing the water inlet pipe (Timestamp: 0:49) and turn on supply to test whether issue is the water supply to the washing machine 2) Try looking into washing machine inlet to see whether there is brown algae blocking the entrance of the valve (Timestamp: 4:28) Remove & Clean the darker blue filter and inner filter too 3) If there is no error code, I suspect is the same issue as mine (The machine is sending signal to the solenoid valve but it is not able to let in water)

Hi bro, I did not experience the same issue as yours. But previously when i was doing research i found that another common issue is with the water level sensor/pressure sensor (round parts with tiny hose attached to it). You might want to try research around on that area

Hi sorry to hear that. it is not a good news, there is a possibility your main board is spoilt or the wire is damaged somewhere. If you have multimeter you can test if the wire connecting to the valve has voltage during each steps and test the resistance of the new water valve. Otherwise, it is still better to replace the new washer instead. As the cost of the board is quite high.

Not 100 percent but most of time is this issue, you can try to clean the filter part to see is it due to clogged. There are times where dirt can stop the water from flowing too. Hi, when you off the power during inflow does the water shut off? If I does mean the valve is doing ok. It might be the water level pressure sensor issue. As it is not sending signal to the brain to tell it to stop when the water level is reach

Hello, I remember is only need to pull out the connector. You can use a nose piler to help you pull out if it is too hard. There is no clip holding the connector.

Hi, I have not encountered this issue before. But it might be one of the solenoid in the valve that spoils. Thus, only hand wash has water coming out. If you are well trained, you might try to interchange wires of the valve (for my cases 3 wires)to test the machine again see whether is it one specific head valve that's spoil before buying a new inlet valve

First, you check whether the water pressure from the hose is strong (might be water supply weak) Second, Check the your solenoid valve filter is it clogged. Third, might be your solenoid valve need to be changed as i believe weak supply might be plunger inside it causing the issue. Some machine will not show error issues despite the weak supply. Hope my advice helps

Hello. maybe you need to get multimeter to check whether there is incoming voltage to the inlet valve and test the resistance of the solenoid. Personally I have not done that before, but maybe you can search online based on that.

I believe 4C is water supply issue too. Quite similar to my situation. Double check your water supply hose is not obstructed first. After check then you can try to replace the inlet valve.

Hi Sir, I seems like it is not supply issue. I might not have correct solution but It might be your drain motor or drain valve have issue. I have not faced this problem on Samsung but i suspect it might be your drain motor have some issue blockage blocking the rubber valve from closing. Hi, it is best to ask the online shop instead. They are up to date with the changes in the part and model. I tried before buying one that look similar but it is not advisable as sometime the housing is different. In the end, I have to file it to the same shape.

For newer top fill models. WA547200A. I recently moved the unit, plugged everything in and water wouldn't fill. I read manual that I had to recalibrate pressing temp and delay-end for 3 seconds then press start. Wait for 2 min till read zero. Washer will turn off automatically. Works fine now.

Sorry I have not met this issue, this video will not be able to help you. But hope this 2 solution could help 1) You could try switching off the power for a period, to let the power run out and hope the door get demagnetize. 2) Take off the top cover and try to find the catch for the washing machine door and try to release it. Common error code can be found on the samsung website www.samsung.com/au/support/home-appliances/washing-machine-error-codes/

Could be because of faulty drain motor or loose wire. If you can hear sound coming from the drain motor, could indicate it is faulty

Very misleading. You should always test the voltage to the solenoid before blindly ordinary a part. What if the controller was not sending voltage? You then just wasted money on a part that you don't need.
