So, I make a tuna/mayo/ hard boiled egg combo and I season it like one of my childhood favorite foods. I make this fresh every week and snack on it with a few almond thins or wheat thins, depending on if I am shooting for a weight loss day or a weight maintenance day. Reach out to me anytime... I think my biggest hang up is I get depressed just thinking about not being able to eat the foods I wish I could metabolize. I cannot lose weight if I drink alcohol or if I eat over 1,000 calories a day. I literally go to bed early since I feel starved and bored. I need to lose 30 pounds just to get to where I’m no longer obese.

I had thrive but never used it and the membership just went to waste. Had to cut it out of finances! But I would love to shop places that are healthy options but unfortunately they’re not that “cheap”. But watching this video makes me want to get it again soon, because I really need to pick and stick to a health journey now with my health being out of whack! 😢 So please keep making these kinds of videos!! I love the HU brand. The Simple Mills brand is good too. But I have learned that they often use cashew flour. As someone who is very sensitive to cashews I’ve learned to read labels carefully. One of my favorite snacks is the tiny little cheese crisps.

FYI: you can pop popcorn in the microwave. No oil of any kind. Use a brown lunch bag, add kernels and pop 🍿

A tip for less spicy jalapeños is to also buy the ones that seem over ripe (softer jalapeños) and they will be even less spicy once the veins and seeds are removed. ☺

I have a double chocolate chip cake that I make and portion in the freezer that is no sugar no flour. But me up for the recipe. I eat it every morning when I wake up. I have lost 90 pounds so far!

Just wondering … isn’t grapeseed oil a seed oil , thus inflammatory ? Wish the sauce was made with olive oil. It’s probably the cost thing.

I need to know where you found your leggings. I love tuna and tuna salad is something i always forget about but is so easy! Thanks for the reminder. Also mini sweet peppers work just as well as the jalepenos if you find youre not about that spicy life. I saw the hu chocolate at my target the other day and was curious does it taste like normal chocolate or can you taste the healthiness? 😂

I love all these ideas. And amiga can I say you look even better. Did you lose more weight hit the gym? All of the above? Anyway can you give more ideas for diabetic friendly meals. My sister is allergic to shell fish and cheese. I have been trying to find her some vegan options bc she loves cheese! I got her a cashew one but she does not want to eat too much cashew or anything in the night shade family. I don’t really care for cheese myself or dairy. I have been tested for gluten stuff and nothing but I do get bloated easily. HELP!! I am a snacked versus a meal and I do love shakes. What can you pair with a good shake and something g too munch on. Thank you
