Today, Annie and Julianne will take you through how to make Mozzarella cheese from scratch!
Here's the recipe for our Homemade Pizza Crust:
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
3/4 cup lukewarm water
2 cups organic white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
(makes two 14 inch round pizzas)
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a separate bowl.
Mix 1 3/4 cup flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour in yeast mixture and mix well until dough comes together.
Transfer dough into a stainless bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place into fridge for several hours to rise. Use when ready.
