When the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the butter melts, So, making croissants is difficult in summer heat. Let's make savory butter layered croissants in the cool weather

ingredients
-----------------
2/3 cup warm water (160ml, 160g)
2 tablespoons of sugar (30ml, 25g)
1 teaspoon of salt (5ml, 6g)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil (30ml, 30g)
1.5 teaspoons of instant dry yeast (5 g)
Strong flour (plain flour) 2 cups (480ml, 290g)
Butter (Salted or Unsalted) 125~145g **Room temperature
Egg wash; 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of milk (add 1 pinch of salt when using unsalted butter)
Precautions ; 2nd fermentation 1 hour in oven; When the temperature is over 30 degrees, butter flows down
