Great recipe. I cook my biscuits in a covered skillet on the stovetop. Gas stove on lowest setting. Perfect every time. Thanks for the video.

I just use a cookie scoop. It’s way quicker/easier than using a spoon.

You’re very welcome! And thanks for the question- I’d recommend adding 1 tbsp sugar and folding in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips with your biscuit dough. You could also add a simple chocolate or vanilla glaze on top if desired. Enjoy 💙

If you have a grater attachment on your mixer (like my Kitchenaid) use that to quickly grate your butter. Cleanup is simple for butter and saves your knuckles!
