What do you do and what do you eat?
@karenhenderson57263 ай бұрын
@@lovealwaysjasmine I start my eating window around 1:00 and end by 5:00. I have lowered my carbs and try eat more protein and healthy fats. Lots of combinations of cottage cheese bowls for lunch and meat & veggies for dinner. Water and black coffee during fasting window.

G'morn'n! I love your channel. What you have shown me is to not stress when we start to fast. That it's gonna work, just be patient. I started my journey July 16th 2024. I've strived for 20/4 but it doesn't always work out. Which is OK. I've lost 11 pounds. It's not alot, but it's been steady. And even though the weight is slow, my belly has been the biggest loser. And that is awesome. I dont stress, I eat what I want in my window and sometimes it changes, but the next day I get back to it. I'm happy and that's what matters.

Hi. I write about 10 things on my to do list. he he. I love OMAD because I have so much more time.

It's crazy how much time we have isn't it!

Yes, there is also less stress thinking about what we are going to eat at the next meal. I’m nearly 4 1/2 years into IF and 2 years into OMAD. Structure during the eating window is definitely a game changer.

Great reminders. I'm so happy to have found this. As of today its 10.8 in 16 days. I know I'll have "stuck" days (already had a couple of those) but I really believe I've found what works.Yay😊 Thank you Kayla.

Got back on intermittent fasting, but trying to eat between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. No other stuff for now. Maybe smaller portion sizes and less sugary carbs for now.

I have issues eating late night. I’ve been doing 16:8 but the weekends are hard since I stay up late with my spouse. I ate late yesterday and today 😔 I need to lose 50lbs

What the difference between milk, half and half and heavy cream in your coffee? What a no-no and what's ok in your coffee???
@SixMilesToSupper3 ай бұрын
No difference really. Drink what you enjoy and whatever helps you get through the fasting window without eating. There is no fasting police that will come to your door.

Hi Kayla, I was doing IF for 2 years and was doing great. My wife and I separated a year ago, I have gained 26 pounds and can't get started again. How can I get started again? P.S I figured out you cannot eat your way to happiness.
