I must have made this recipe 8 times now. So good. I've found that mixing in fresh broccoli part way through the simmer adds a nice texture and jerk flavor works really well with broccoli.

hello! I have this cooking right now, and i can hardly wait! i added a piece of pumpkin, and had to use a tin of cherry tomatoes, but i think it will work. i had to use 2 purple sweet potatoes and now i know they cook a bit faster. no worries, i will for sure enjoy it.. thank you for the great recipe!
