Do you constantly over-share in conversations or talk too fast? ADHD and ADD leads us to forget all our points, constantly interrupts others, and not know when to stop talking. Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder not only affect our ability to focus and pay attention in conversations, but they also mean we forget important details and zone out, or get bored often. In this video, I'm going to share the the three high-yield hacks/tricks that I use to communicate better with ADHD, and generally improve my social skills and get over my social problems and anxiety.

Really good video mate!! Im 33 and was only diagnosed with ADHD in April this year and have an ASD assessment on Wednesday which is crazy because I served the soldier and the British Army... I found this really informative I think your delivery was absolutely on point!! Really well done!! Keep it up this channel will do really well!! 🎉😊

In my mind, I know what I am going to say, but when I said it out loud, it doesn't come out correctly. When I speak slowly, I forget what I was going to say.

I have had to speak publicly for most of my career. I would finish my material well before my allotted time. I would also get hyper nervous and forget my material. Even though I was asked to present because I had innovative progams and strategies for environmental protection, I would get lost in the weeds and literally forget what I was trying to communicate...
