Do you constantly over-share in conversations or talk too fast? ADHD and ADD leads us to forget all our points, constantly interrupts others, and not know when to stop talking. Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder not only affect our ability to focus and pay attention in conversations, but they also mean we forget important details and zone out, or get bored often. In this video, I'm going to share the the three high-yield hacks/tricks that I use to communicate better with ADHD, and generally improve my social skills and get over my social problems and anxiety.
