I just followed you on this after doing one of your 20 min walking episode. Truly appreciate the variety. Both you and your mom helping me in my recovering from a stroke I had in July 2022. I just place a steady chair in front of me for when I need support. Your mom is an inspiration.

Thank you! Happy you enjoy the workouts and they are helping you too! it's good that you are exercising while recovering. Do the routines at a pace that is comfortable for you. No need to rush! You are giving your heart and muscles activity and that will help you to get stronger. Mom says Hi and thanks for your kind words! Using a chair is smart as she does the same in some of the workouts! Day 18 of the30-day intermediate workout. Line dancing right up my alley. I forgot how hard it was at the. beginning 25 years ago, but now these moves are extremely easy for me. This was a fun way to start my day.

So I decided to do Line Dance 1 & 2 together. I love how the first one is almost the warm up/preview to two. And I love how Mom smiles through it. She likes dancing!

I just watched this one and I know it'll be great fun to do, especially knowing that it has a dual purpose--cardio!!! I've danced all kinds of dances all my life, but it's just great keeping it simple and adding a hip bump or two, and leg and arm embellishments to bring back memories when I went at dance hot and heavy! I must have missed part 1 so I'll be looking for it as well. I smiled the entire time I watched you two. Muchas gracias!...Anastasia

A nice gentle one for days when i need to go a bit easier. Not big on cardio for me with heartrate toping out at around 96 but a gentle 1000 steps.

I had 2 left feet at first and before I knew it, I was having fun! I was also able to do the 10-min cardio/strength video afterwards, and yes, I did jumping jacks, too! Thank you, April, Aiko, and Mochi, for keeping us moving!

I finished the walking and dance video 1 and continue with walking dance 2 after a little break. I love this too, the body is moving and feeling graceful and relaxing and it is good for the brain too. Love the music you picked. Your mom smiles much this video, it is very sweet. Well, after doing the 13 minute line dancing I thought I would try the 17 minute line dancing so I did. I was thinking there was gonna be different moves in there but that’s OK. It was a lot of fun thank you ladies 35 minutes and 3000 steps later.

I work out on the days I work and the days I don't i rest so I only work out 5 days a week. Ok sometimes 6.. but I do try to give myself rest days... the hip is fine today. :)@@yes2next

Just did this one for a second time with my son. I have seen an improvement in his coordination since working out to your videos🦋 Thankyou again for all you do for all of us. Nuts has a new friend. Her name is Beans and she's all white with blue eyes. Sooo cute. ( Don't tell Nuts I said that 😊) Blessings🦋

Greetings from the Florida Keys Aiko & April!!! This was super fun! I don't have much rhythm but I just let it go!! April you definitely have "the music in you!" I found the longer repetition a bit hard on my minor arthritis hips and knees, but I just did 15 seconds of other movements and then went back to the dancing! Really appreciate you both, I smile have the time I'm watching you!!! God bless you and yours! Judy

😅HOLA LADIES THURSDAY, DAY 11 {Line Dance Workout 1: Part 2) of the 30 Day Beginner Workout Plan this was also fun to do, had a challenge doing these steps but I managed to do them OH< I think I OOOPS😳🤗☺ with my comments yesterday WEDNESDAY- DAY 10, my bad, I called it DAY 9 instead Anyway I am back on track and know what I really do look forward to doing the next new exercises THANKS FOR SHOWING ME HOW TO STAY HEALTHY AND STRONG WHILE DOING THESE EXERCISES SEE YA'LL 2MORROW

I finally got a chance to try this one this morning! I had planned to do it earlier in the week, the day after doing Part 1, but it has been a very hectic week for me. There were some days I couldn't fit in a workout at all and one when I did a shorter, cardio/strength combo instead of the combination of workouts I had planned to use with this one. Today is another hectic day, but I managed by using the Cupid Shuffle dance as my warmup, then doing about 20 minutes combined of upper and lower body strength work, and then coming back to do the Wobble and Jerusalema and cooldown. I was surprised by how dewy I got with the dance moves that look deceptively easy when you're just watching!🥲 I kept getting confused between the beginning steps of the Wobble and the cha-cha steps, but I think I got the same cardio benefit from the moves I did anyway.🙃 Maybe next time I try this one, I'll try doing Parts 1 & 2 back-to-back so I'll have a better chance of getting the steps right. 😁😊 (March 22, 2024)
