Hello from sunny California! I introduced my mom and sister to your channel, and we just love you. My family is here visiting and after lusting after this Fritata my sister and I decided to make it for the family. We added an extra egg and used red potatoes (what was on hand) & paired with a salad and homemade vinaigrette it was a slam dunk!😃 Everyone loved it. Thank you so much and keep up the great vlogs.👍🏾

Joel, looks delicous, there are several fresh vegatables that people don't use enough, and usually are inexpensive, and even less so if your grocer carries them and they are not moving off the shelves, leeks,turnips, parsnips, beets ,endive, rutabagas, all are tasty if cooked properly and are very nutricious , i love them all. I'd like to see some of your takes on these items for new recipe ideas, if you get a chance,ty

Great recipe. The only thing I left out were the leeks. I used sweet onions instead and a garlic clove along with a little Italian seasoning. I also didn’t have fresh parsley so I used what I had. Mine turned out so good! Maybe I’ll add sweet peppers next time
