Yes and yes! :) Just drain all the liquids from the peaches (I recommend buying canned peaches in water/juice, not syrup). Enjoy! :)

Sometimes our 'small town' grocer doesn't get a nice selection in. 😔 Would I thaw them or use them frozen......and then follow recipe for prepping the peaches. Hi Tatyana i love your recipe but i don't know, about the way you pronounce the word "Galette", you're supposed to say it with the 2 T's like "LET go / galLETTE". I'm from Quebec and my grandparents are from France. Anyway, just a little lesson i'm giving you. Friendly yours...France

Wow I am so upset this looked amazing but trust me don’t waste your money taste like crap!!! It’s nasty tart ! Using allspice and nutmeg was a big no no 👎 it completely ruins the taste . My peaches 🍑 were so sweet and yummy I bought 14 and I stupidly made two of these suckers ! Ewww ewww ewww is all I can say . If u make this don’t use allspice or nutmeg just skip those two things
