It was real. Nice video and exercise. I drive trucks over the road so a lot of times I don't have time to get out and stretch it is very easy to do in the sleeper berth of the truck. Thank you

I just found your channel, I’m 61 with chronic knee issues and arthritis in back so I’m starting out slowly but really enjoying watching and trying some. I know I will get better at it if I just continue. I like your relaxed and kind way of teaching. Thank you.
