A quiche is what I fix for Christmas morning with ham, cheese, and previously sautéed onions. When we lived in England for a year I enjoyed quiche with cauliflower, mushrooms and spinach in it as well. I also like to place sliced tomatoes on the top before putting in the oven. I make a crustless version of this. Just mix 1/4 cup of Bisquick in with the eggs and pour over gently the rest of it gently so as not to move it all around. It bakes up fluffy with no crust. Also good with chicken chunks, broccoli and cheddar for a non breakfast version.

My husband has been asking me to make him quiche and I'm not an egg eater, so I was on the hunt and I found your video. This looks easy and I'm sure he would find them very tasty. I will most likely do them in my industrial sized muffin tins, individual quiches so he can grab one in the morning and warm it in the microwave at work for his breakfast. Thanks for sharing.

Love that quiche Catherine...very similar to the sausage grits cheese casserole I do on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Great recipe! I precook my pie shell. I find the bottom does not soggy. I also like making quiche in individual serving sizes or in the appetizer size shells. Wonderful for party appetizers!
