For the exact result i am getting, sugar and dairy have to be there. Some people use water in place of milk, the result isnt as great

Crepes need to be THIN and the batter needs to be LIGHT. Mala is too thick, if you use that your crepes won't even spread on a pan. Strictly follow recipe as is, guesswork will be disastrous

Reading takes 3 minutes 2. The most obvious solution: don't watch. If you prefer creators who don't talk, then go and watch creators who don't talk. Imagine it is that straightforward. Don't hate-watch me - a host who talks - only so that you can complain in the comments. Align with and watch youtubers who do not talk seeing that is what you prefer. 3. Go to tiktok. I think your attention span aligns better with that app. You will find billions of brilliant recipes, recorded in 30 seconds, with zero explanations. Thats more your taste, so go watch those.
