@@iluveggtart Only one person can use it at a time. If you want two people to use it at the same time you need to buy another copy. And I believe the license is for1 year. SO when I say I bought the book, I actually buy the right to use it for 1 year - 1 person at a time.

Rie!! When your cookbook arrived in the mail a few months ago I was absolutely THRILLED. I’ve made a handful of recipes from the book, including this one! And not a single one has disappointed. I tried your spaghetti hack as I couldn’t find nice noodles (will be visiting Hmart the next time I want to make this to find tasty noodles) and it worked perfectly. This recipe is delicious and tasty, and the cookbook is really visually stunning, easy to understand, educational, and makes a delightful read. Never considered using clam liquor in ramen! Ingenious idea. It is something i usually have on hand, my kids love clam chowder and it adds so much flavor. Plus its fairly inexpensive.

Rie, I love your recipes! . I'll sure buy a hard copy of your book!!! In Rio it is not easy to eat good japanese food (São Paulo on the other hand have great restaurants and several good ramen shops!).. In Brazil, instant ramen is pretty easy to buy... Can I make it fancy somehow? Would it taste good to just toss away the seasoning pouch and use it in your recipe?
