Always taught not to lick spoon & put into mixture again. Called double dipping......looks lovely though. I would add whipping cream to soft cheese etc to make it more plentiful or else just add a big dollop of whipped cream to serving on plate.

I write poetry and do photography and I attach scripture to it and put them in picture frame and give it as a gift for family friends and my church family. I haven't done it in a while, but it makes me feel very blessed and Happy to give to people. It's funny you asked about hobbies because I just moved to Ohio and I can't get a job until my daughter is finished with school (I homeschool her and it's challenging) for me I don't know how I'm doing it! I feel so stupid at times because her work can get hard she's in 3rd grade! I can't wait till she's done because I'm so done!!! Lol

Looks really cute and yummy. I just have to say this. Because it's making me think of my Granny so much. She was the sweetest cutes lady, but she smacked the mess out of me 1 time in all the time I was growing up, because I was making a desert for my family and friends for Thanksgiving and I kept tasting then using the same spoon I just licked back in the frosting. Well she had enough and smacked that spoon right out of my hand. She said if I wanted to swap spit I'd kiss you. Now that's just nasty! She told the entire family not to eat my dessert and I was so embarrassed and ashamed. Never even thought about it until she brought it to my attention. Not shaming just sharing the story I forgot completely about and said to myself ewww my Granny would knock that spoon right out her hand 🤭

I use two spoons. One to dip some of the recipe I’m needing to taste test then pour the ingredients onto the other spoon. And the other goes into my mouth. Neither spoon ever touches. Works great!!

I have done this...trust me..when you put all that liquidy cream cheese yogurt mix along with the juicy fruit, it will fall apart and be a huge mess 20 minutes after putting it together. You need to melt white chocolate and out that down on the crust after baking and letting it cool. Let the white chocolate harden up then add the other stuff
